Payments - Full payment is made at the time of booking Cancellations - If the participant cancels within 48 Hours of the camp commencement no refund will be applied* - If the participant cancels within 1 week of the camp commencement 25% will be applied* - If the participant cancels beyond 1 week of the camp commencement a 50% refund will be applied.* - A full refund will be applied to the participant in the case of course cancellation by Velocity186.
